"So I go to this office in person to talk with someone about new policies for auto and more, unfortunately nobody was available to speak with me (despite multiple people being present). Receptionist took my name and number said Greg would call back shortly. Greg never called. A week later, I call the office saying I never heard back, I am again told I need to have someone call me back. I do receive a call back this time, a lady takes my information to provide an auto quote. I receive a ridiculous premium as the quote (3x my current USAA premium) and reply to the email with questions of coverage/deductible to see what’s going on with the premium and hopefully clarify desired coverages and deductibles (especially considering nobody ever asked me that when taking my information). It’s been a few weeks now and I’ve received zero response. It’s rare I feel like a local Durant business gives poor service, but this is one of them. There are at least two other State Farm agents in Durant, do yourself a favor and save your wasted time and effort by choosing one other than Greg Phillips’ office."

I was out of the office on the afternoon of April 10th when I received your email regarding your quotes from earlier that day and forwarded it to the team member who had prepared your quotes asking them to please follow up with you. I assumed the follow up was made and if it was not I would like to express my sincerest apology for any inconvenience or frustration that may have caused. We take all customer feedback seriously and I will be checking with my team member to discuss the follow up communication. Thanks again for bringing it to my attention."

"If there was a big negative number for this office, I would have selected it. We have been customers for about 3 months. THese3 people cant get anything right. First they put the info for my wifes license in wrong, causing us to get canceled on 2 out of the 3 vehicles which we were assured that it wouldn't cancel. Was told we had to cancel the 3rd vehicle and start over, which I did. They never canceled the third vehicle, they just charged me the big down payment again on 3 vehicles. 2 days later I get a past due bill for the third vehicle not dropped. Now none of my vehicles show in my app. I believe State Farm to be good, I think this office is worthless joke."

"Josh, Thank you for reaching out. Feedback like this helps my agency and State Farn get better. When the application was entered into our system, it pulled a previous license which was a mistake and we had to then update it with the current and correct information. Any changes to a driver's information in the first 45 days of a policy triggers a longer underwriting look and process than anticipated and I am sorry it took so long and that you and Shyla had to go through that frustrating process with a cancellation and then a rewrite. As we talked about Friday, we have corrected the policies on our side and State Farm will get these out to you as soon as they process them. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call me. Greg "

"If you are looking for a local office who goes above and beyond, provides great customer service, and hometown friendly, Greg Phillips State Farm is it. Greg and his staff surpassed their duties when I was stranded and in need of help with establishing a Roadside Assistance Claim.
